My parents received a beautiful bouquet of flowers for their 50th wedding anniversary. So now if the only time I get to paint here is at night, at least I know I have some willing models to work with!
I've painted many sunflowers in the past two years, but I see I still need a lot of practice.....

I love sunflowers. They are a sign of late summer leading to fall here, and grow in large numbers along the roadsides.
